Everything was perfect, the doctor was very nice and explained everything to me very professionally. My only complaint is the blonde lady who did my ultrasound was extremely rude talking about my daughter was being “too much” when all she was doing was looking at the coloring books in the room. She even cleaned up after herself so I don't see why the lady had to be rude. I had another lady doing my ultrasound to start with she was brunette and she was very nice, so I’m not sure why the blonde lady came in anyways because it was almost done already. She just didn't want to be there and had a very rude attitude about it. I just think if you don't like children maybe don’t peruse a career that involves children.

Dr. Pankratz was very informative and professional. He listened to my concerns and discussed different options. I would highly recommend him and his staff!

Every one was courteous and knowledgeable. I don't like having to use a tablet that doesn't want to work when you put something into it that doesn't fit into it's little box. Technology is not my favorite thing, have very little patience for it. I forgot to give Andrea a paper from the eye clinic, I will drop it by this afternoon.
